The All Victims & Veterans Network (AVN) is a victim-led, decentralized platform in Bangladesh that documents state violence: extrajudicial killings, enforced disappearances, custodial torture, kneecapping, border killings, the BDR massacre, wrongful death-penalty convictions, and legal repression.
